Hi Madhu,
Havent met u or run with you since ultra,hope you remember me.I ran 52k and finished in 5:47.I have been wanting to talk to you for such a long time.thanks to RFL its easy now to communicate with fellow runners.
This year i am planning to run the 78K and want to start training in june.could you give me some tips and tell me when is the right time to start and what mileage to get in aweek.
you would like to know some details about me,
age :49,regular weekly mileage :40 to 50K and have been running for nearly 15 years.My marathon times,best 4:14 in 2005,latest mumbai 4:30.
And is it very ambitious for me to think of 100K.(FINISHED READING DEAN KARNAZEAS BOOK)
Eagerly waiting for your reply.My 10k time is 50:58.
