The running season is here with all these events stacked up in Bangalore.
Kaveri Trail Marathon - Oct 19th - 10k/21k/42k
Bangalore Ultra - Nov 16th - 26K/52K/78K
Bangalore International Marathon - Nov 23rd - 7K/21K/42K
Then there is Stan Chart Mumbai Marathon on Jan 20th as well.
If you want to run any of these the time for training is now. Actually we are already a couple of weeks late but we can still make up for lost time.
Gautam Mahtani and i have started training last from last week at Ulsoor lake short track. Are there others interested? You can join in.
We are already following a Hal Higdon training schedule ( http://www.halhigdon.com/). Will put a chart soon and we can all follow it for a successful and injury free marathon expereince. :)
