How often do you run?: A few times a week

Where do you run?: Bangalore area (GKVK, Cubbon Park, etc.)

Why do you run?: As a means to keep fit, trim and as a stress-buster.

What is the longest distance you have ever run?: 52k at India's first Ultra-Marathon in 2007. I was kept great company by Nitin, Sudarshan, & Suresh. Thanks guys, couldn't have done it without you!

What is your personal best timing? (please mention the distance and time): Bangalore Ultra (2007) - 52K - 7 hrs
Mumbai Marathon (2008) 42K- 4:49:50

By the way, I noticed that you are using google groups for your discussion forums which takes you OUT of your website. I would recommend something like SMF forum program which is free to download and use. Here's the link:
