We at Rajyotsava Ota humbly requests all the people of Karnataka to come out & run for their state, on her birthday. This run will be one of its kind ever organized. People from across the state will converge to 5 cities of Karnataka - Bangalore, Shimoga, Chitradurga, Bellary & Hubli- Dharwad - to take part in this run simultaneously. This spectacular event will be watched & witnessed by the entire nation and the world.

Rajyotsava Ota is recognized & supported by Government of Karnataka and Department of Youth Services & Sports (DYSS, Govt of Karnataka). Rajyotsava Ota will adopt every year to 10 outstanding athletes identified by Department of Youth Services & Sports (DYSS, Govt of Karnataka), to train and equip them to compete globally.

Great that you have resumed strenght training. Since running is linear there are just a few variations of exercises that are important.
We could dicuss it once we meet next or in Hampi.
